    VERY enjoyable tour!

LOVED this!!! I especially liked that we were picked up and dropped off afterwards at our hotel. Nice tour through Prague first, very informative and interesting. The boat ride was great. The food was very good, and there was plenty from which to choose. The ham was tasty, however, I was not fond of the fact that you had to carve it yourself. I also did not like the fact that since we were seated near the buffet tables, we had to stare at the ham carcass for the rest of the night; though this was NOT the fault of the tour operator! The musical entertainment was good. We were lucky enough to be there the end of September and the weather was perfect, so after dinner, it was nice to walk outside on the boat. The sights were beautiful at night, especially Prague Castle, way up on the hill. I know there are many river cruises in Prague, so I cannot compare, but there was nothing to complain about this one at all. And as I said, the hotel pickup and drop off sold it for me. I would HIGHLY recommend this!

    Everything went smoothly

As a tour leader taking 50 people on this cruise I have to admit that I was a bit concerned when I read the reviews. But I reached out to Prague Expert who was the tour provider listed on the Isango document. They replied promptly both times which was reassuring. They told me when the bus would be showing up and that a guide would come get our group and came through on that promise perfectly. The guide - Eva - was an absolute delight - charming, witty, great English, young and bubbly. She made the cruise that much better. Food was fine - there was plenty of it. Music on the boat was fun. Riverboat ride at night is always enchanting. I will book with them again.
