Tickets for Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque tour and Presidential Palace Tour must be redeemed with a Big Bus Tours staff member prior to boarding the shuttle for mosque or visiting the Palace.

Dress code: As you will be visiting a place of worship, please dress modestly. Shorts, sleeveless shirts, transparent or tight clothing, clothes showing knees and shoulders are not permitted for both genders.

Abu Dhabi is a functioning city and weather, traffic and events may occasionally cause disruption.

Children under the age of 5 may travel free of charge as long as they are accompanied by a dedicated adult (1 adult to 1 child).

Cruise:

Child ticket is valid for children up to 12 years old. Children under 15 kg cannot be carried for safety reasons.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Unfortunately this tour is not suitable for expecting mothers.

So there’s no last-minute rush please arrive at the start point 30mins early.
