You will be picked up from your hotel in the Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Rivera Maya areas. We’ll confirm the time the day before the tour.

Additionally, for the safety of our clients, snorkeling activity may be canceled due to bad weather conditions. If this occurs, no refund will be provided.
