Voucher information: You can show your voucher on your smartphone (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!). Before boarding the boat tour, ask a RED Sightseeing host to reprint your ticket.

For boat tour, please reach the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the departure time. The ticket is valid for pre-booked departure time only.

For cruise passengers: If you arrive on a cruise ship in Copenhagen, we gladly help you out and take you to all the sightseeing places. Every cruise ship that comes to the city is greeted by one of our buses. So when you disembark the ship, you can hop right on. And when you need to go back to the ship, our shuttle service departing from the Little Mermaid statue (stop 12) will bring you back safe and sound.
