We were told that we would not be permitted on the tour without the voucher and although we printed it early we somehow lost it during the morning before the tour and gondola trip. The agent did his very best to help us get an internet connection (which isn't that reliable in Venice generally) and waited until the very last moment for us. Unfortunately, we could not get the voucher printed in time. He was very apologetic as we had a disappointed 8 year old with us. He told us to come back the next day and they would take us on a different tour and gondola ride. We got the voucher printed at the hotel and returned the next day for the early morning tour. The same agent was there and again, was very helpful and apologetic. The tour was very interesting and the lady guide (possibly German) was absolutely charming and seemed fully informed about life in Venice. We took the gondola ride later in the day - my son loved it. A wonderful way to travel. Considering the price of separate walking tours and gondola rides it is really worthwhile booking online beforehand. Great savings to be made. Overall we had a great experience due to the helpful agents onsite.

We had a great time on the bus tour. It was helped by a beautiful day. The views from the Citadel were stunning. We saw the city in all it's splendour.
