Fantastic tour .

We had a very short (one night !) trip to Venice from UK for Carnevale. Utterly wonderful trip, and one night with no luggage was the right thing to do ! Obviously we had to have a Gondola ride ! Doesn't every visitor ? !! I booked this online way in advance, and the paperwork came through easily. On arrival at the Meeting Point, the Gondoliers knew nothing about it, and didn't really understand. Our paperwork made no mention of a guide, or her orange brolly for recognition ! We found her by accident !! Having said that, once we were with her she organised the gondola, and all was well. You just MUST do it, and this trip was extremely well-priced. I believe this was definitely the best way to do it, although information about the guide would have been very helpful, as a clear direction on the bottom of the Voucher !
