Voucher received quickly. Forgot to download the tickets when we arrived for the cruise (which we did first), but staff were able to help us with this.

I’d recommend this, with slight reservations. It can be tricky to find out where to get the bus in the first instance. We had to watch them to see where they stopped and I struggled to find a route on line very easily.
Commentary interesting but delivered in a very irritating way and with too much music!!
Rout itself took in all the main sights and is a very useful way to get around and see things. Also to get bearings. But stops early (5.30pm) so need to use in conjunction with metro (which is excellent of course).
River cruise is lovely - recommend dusk because Paris is lit up. Again, commentary a little sparse.
