Important Information

Voucher information: You can show your voucher on your smartphone (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!).

Please go to the E-land Ticket Office and fill out the boarding report first and redeem a physical ticket after verifying your Id Card (Please note that a mobile ticket is not allowed due to checking your identification).

Boarding passes are issued 5 minutes before departure.

Please arrive at the ticket booth at least 15 minutes before departure.

If you do not exchange your boarding pass, you will not be able to board the ship.

  • Infants to adolescents: A guardian’s confirmation is required.

  • Foreigners: ID verification may be substituted by a representative.
